All clients are given access to our Event Planning Center. You can plan all the details of your event online anytime, day or night. Not only can you choose your music, but we have online planners and timelines, customized for your event.
PLANNING CENTER
With our online Event Timeline, you can specify the exact timing of your event. The Timeline is a great tool for giving a summary of the entire day to your photographer and family members.
For overall event planning, our event planners are easy to use and they capture all the details. For weddings, we have a Ceremony Planner and a Reception Planner to help you organize your day. We also have planners for School Dances, Private Parties, and Corporate Events. Plus, our planners are integrated with our Online Music Database, so choosing your spotlight songs is a breeze!
Our Online Music Database is one of our most popular features! You can browse by title or by artist, and you can even check out lyrics and listen to song samples through iTunes. With your client login, it's easy to designate songs as Must Play, Play if Possible, and Do Not Play.

After you add a song to your list, you can add a note like "dedicate to Julie" or "play during dinner." Also, the database lets you know how much time you've filled with your music. If you would like a lot of people to be involved in the music selection, we have a Guest Request feature. This is great for School Dances, Corporate Events, and even Weddings!
